Brandon Roy started his career in sculpture at the age of 18 when he became an apprentice in a fine art bronze foundry. After two years at the foundry Brandon decided to pursue a classical education in sculpture and moved to Florence, Italy where he remained for three years while attending the Florence Academy of Art. Upon receiving his diploma from the academy Brandon returned to the US, where he completed a five year apprenticeship under the sculptor Chris Pardell. While working for Pardell Design Brandon consulting on numerous public art projects, and oversaw the production of sculpture from clay modeling to on-site installation. Currently Brandon is serving as the Director of the California Sculpture Academy.
